Hi Josh You should try Ship between the worlds too - it's closest to the companions. JuliaIsabel wrote on 15 October 2007:
Hi Isabel Have a look at the FAQs at top of the page. As for patience, I think it's more about being immersed in the story and it then doesn't fail or run out of steam - just keep on dreaming, adding layers to your characters. Juliaemily wrote on 15 October 2007:
Hi Emily I'd love to - but I'm an author not a film maker. I hope someone does come forward to do that one day. JuliaMischa wrote on 14 October 2007:
Hi Mischa Good to hear from you. JuliaJessica Calvert, age 16 wrote on 13 October 2007:
Hi Jessica How to keep going with writing - that is a very common problem. The best defence against 'fizzle-out syndrome' is to plan before you start writing. Also read it too a trusted friend when you get stuck, they might be able to help, not so much with ideas but enthusiasm and questions. Juliai love cat royal books!! wrote on 13 October 2007:
Hi there It's called Cat's Cradle. Juliacat loker like wrote on 13 October 2007:
Hi there The sequel to Ringmaster is called Empty Quarter and will be out middle of next year. Juliasophie wrote on 13 October 2007:
Hi Sophie In Diamond she starts off as 12 or 13. As for love life, in book one she has a crush on Johnny, in book two she's trying to avoid Billy, in three she has a holiday romance with JF, in four she has an encounter with Billy and senses Syd's deep feelings for her but she doesn't really reciprocate, much to her distress. I think she is not ready for a commitment (she's only young after all and has lots of plans other than marriage!). You'll have to wait and see about the pirate bit. Hi Isabel I do visit schools but on the invitation of a teacher or bookshop - see if you can get them interested! JuliaEllie wrote on 13 October 2007:
Hi Ellie I think I read one of them - the boy is called Cat or Kat isn't he? That's what attracted my attention. Juliaemily wrote on 13 October 2007:
Hi Emily There's nothing quite like Cat but you could try King of Shadows, Susan Cooper. JuliaJessica Taylor wrote on 12 October 2007:

Hi Katie I'm pleased you are inspired to write Cat spin offs. I won't use your ideas though as Cat and I live in our own little world together and I have to be true to my own creative thoughts rather than borrow others. If you're a writer, I'm sure you'll understand this. JuliaLucy wrote on 12 October 2007:
Hi Lucy She does get to go to Jamaica in the next book. Juliacat looker like wrote on 11 October 2007:

Hi Kat It has pirates, lots about Billy and slavery, a big decision for Pedro... Julialianne wrote on 10 October 2007:
