Hello, i am Lara i love your books they are amazing they are filled with suspense and i love books like this you should write a lot more i cant wait for deadlock to come out by the way what do you mean by deadlock do you mean like dead darcy or just Deadlock (because lock is darcy's surname ...) thank you for your time lara (HI, it is a pun of course but it means when you meet a dead end or impasse in something - you'll see when you read it! Hi julia, I am doing a recomendation on this book for my English and I can't quite think of a genre that it fits into. I read it a few months ago so I can only remember the main parts but it's my favourite book so I had to do it! Thanks for your time, jemima. (Hi, I'd say an adventure/thriller. Julia)

hi, I was in need of reading some new adventure book series, when at my local library, I stumbled upon this Darcie Lock series, and thank goodness I did! I started reading Ringmaster on vacation, and I could NOT put the book down! I felt like i was in another world, and sometimes wished i could be in Darcie Lock's place. So, in a matter of less than two days I read Ringmaster and Empty Quarter, and I was wondering if you could email me back about when Deadlock will come out. I am looking forward to hearing back from you. Nicole. (Egmont are spreading out my books - there are so many of them! - so it looks like Deadlock will be in 2011 - sorry for the wait. It is my fav so far of this series... Julia)

Hi! I was wondering if the Darcie Lock books will be available in the U.S. eventually? I like your other books (the ones so far released in America and Wolf Cry), and wondered about this series. (It's not been taken up there as yet. j)

Is this one available in the U.S.? Or Canada even? (Possibly in Canada. Not the states so you could try and get hold of UK version. J)

one of my friends, (also called eilidh, purely by chance)recommended this book to me after cat royal and i'm very glad she did. it's an amazing book, and in some ways it makes me wish i was darcie and in other ways it makes me glad that i'm not darcie. her adventures are awsome, and the book is really well written. best wishes from eilidh.

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE your books like empty quarter and Ringmaster there so awsome and so thrilling. You are the best artthor on the universe you are fantastic terrific and BBBBEEEESSSTTT. I also think that your supposed to do a movie for empty quarter and Ringmaster so that our class in Ghana 4B Lincoln Community School watch it and see how the brave Darcie look like. So we just finished RINGMASTER and now we persuaded our teacher Miss.Pickles to read us Empty Quarter and so we are now reading Empty Quarter and also that i am from Egypt i am excited when Darcie goes to Egypt because we haven't got there yet because just started reading it. Hi it is me sabine, I know you hear a lot from our class!!!!!! I just wanted to know how you imagined Darcie Lock in Ringmaster and Empty Quarter? Sabine (Do you mean what she looked like? Tall and athletic with longish black hair. Pretty but not overwhelmingly so. I wanted her to be the kind of girl you might find in any ordinary class - or you even! J)
