Will there be a fourth book in Darcie's series? I just can't get enough!

There's no publisher behind it so I'd have to write it in my own time - I might if I get the chance between other books.

I thought the original covers were amazing, and they really stood out in the bookshop. Why did you change them?

Covers are the publisher's choice, not the author.

Hi! I have only read the first and second book so far but I am on chapter 3 of the third book! Is there going to be a film? If there is it would be really cool to do something for it like act in a part or design some of the things! Anyway please make loads and loads more books! Thanks P.S. Why is Stingo called Stingo? Thanks

I'm saving up the story of his name for the next book if I get a chance to write it. No film offers yet - sorry.

hi Julia im such a big fan and i go to your former secondary school. anyway i agree with the film idea everyone is saying and i particularly think it is good for the dare lock series. i love the darcie lock series because i could not believe someone else is like me-wanting to be a professional football or fencing person. the only difference is that darcie supports chelsea and i support blackburn. anyway if there is a film please have open audition because i would love to try out for darcie! please reply thankyou! ;-);-);-);-);-);-);-);-);-);-);-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-!:-!:-!:-!:-!:B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-)B-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-[O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-)O:-):-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D

Are you planning on writing a fourth book to the Darcie Lock SERIES?

Would like to but I published that on my own so need to juggle with contracted books (of which I fortunately have quite a few in the pipeline).

I want this book it sounds soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good :D

Katey wrote on 14 May 2012:

Wow. I only saw the new covers when i accidently clicked on the link. I would have liked them much more when i was younger and they were first published...that was how many years ago. So it was a good choice, my opinion

I LOVE THIS BOOK. IT IS AMAZING. YOU SHOULD REALY MAKE IT INTO A MOVIE. IT WOULD BE LIKE STORMBREAKER(ALEX RIDER SERIES) AND ALSO THE HUNGER GAMES.

Emegha Eleode wrote on 03 February 2012:

Hello, I totally love all your books and think that the Darcie Lock adventure is no exception. Have you ever thought of turning all of the series or just one of the books into a film, it could be something like the hungar games meets Spy Kids meets charlie's angels (kind off, the only ones I could think of including kick-ass) I think that the film would be as successful as the books. from your biggest book fan :) Emegha x

Would be fun to do but I'd need a movie studio to back the idea. My books are on offer for film rights but no serious interest as yet.

Mrs Golding, I had been able to find 'Ringmaster' and 'Empty Quarter' but I am not able to find other books that is written by you. After reading the books above, I can't wait to read your other books! I love your books so much its just impossible for me to get my eyes off of it even when it was midnight. The books you wrote makes me feel excited just by reading it. I had tried to find your books in every bookshop I go but I couldn't find it. I could even imagine how Darcie feels when I'm reading the books. Hope that the story about Darcie wouldn't end. :)

Hi You can find the link to buy Deadlock on the front page of this site (tap on my signature). Merry Christmas Julia

Kara wrote on 20 December 2011:

I downloaded this book and it was really good! I can't wait to read the others. Thanks for this Christmas gift! I have one question: about how old is Stingo? Bye!

I imagine him to be in his thirties and a bit like a much older brother or young uncle to Darcie. All the Darcie books are now available as ebooks.

Josiphine wrote on 15 December 2011:

Yes, but Deadlock is book three and I haven't read one or two. Is One going to be released in the US?

Hi I've just added it to the US shop on this site as an eBook at a bargain price until the day after Christmas - enjoy! You can get a paper version but it is more expensive.

Kato wrote on 14 December 2011:

Thanks for answering me quickly! And that's great, I like a touch of romance in my books. I've already bought Ringmaster and can't wait for it to get here! Cat Royal has always been some of favorite books, so I figured I should try some of your other books as well!
