Companions fans - your space!

I have been thinking for some time of displaying some of the lovely images and examples of your own work that you send me.  I'll put up a selection on this page for fan fiction etc.  so if you'd like to submit some, you can use the comment box below.  Please keep your entry SHORT eg. a poem, a description, a spin-off storyline, maximum 300 words.  I will not have room for essays!!

If you want to send pictures, put a copy in the post to Oxford University Press and they will forward them on to me.  I won't be able to return them, but a photocopy will scan just fine.

OoOoO!!! A question for us! **feeling popular** yes, well, believe it or not, the majority of our family - being our older brother, 12 (almost 13!) cousins, parents ect - and friends find us 'immature amatures' as our brother so boldly stated! ( -.- ) Well, we don't disagree actaully! We are seriously random, and proud of it!!! We would also like to add that we have the IQ and attention span of a squirrel. :P PS: OOH! a bunny! (point proven!)

I think that a good next story would definintly to bring Kullervo back. I think a good idea would be Connie to be a bit older and maybe have an internal battle with Kullervo and Connie, lilke maybe Kullervo trying to come back, while Connie is having troulbe with the transforming stuff she got from Kullervo! And maybe more with Col! With more drama and more dramatic parts!

Hi Julia! I read all the books from the Companions Quartet series :) I fell in love with them and I can't stop reading them! I have a question. Is there going to be more books in the Companions Quartet series? What I hope will happen in the sequel series: 1. Kullervo may still be in Connie but he'll never be able to take over her again. 2. That the trustees and people won't think Connie is dangerous because of her awesome new gift 3. That Argand and Connie will form an even stronger bond. 4. That even though George is a universal, Connie will stil be the most strongest and special universal ever!!! 5. Col and Connie will stay together ♥ xx <♥ P.S> LOVE THIS SERIES!!!

Hello Julia. I started reading your books "Companions Quartet" Last year. Last september, at the library. I put on hold your book "The Chimera's Curse." When I got the book I was freaking out. I was so happy. Col and Connie. I knew they were going to get together, It just took three books! I'm a HUGE fan. Not many children like reading but I just love it. If you could ever come to my school I would be so happy.Thank you for all your wonderful books.

I finished Wind on the Moon and I am now going to start reading the Companions Quartet. I made a new poem: Look at the sky, it's as blue as the sea, look at the sea it's as green as the trees. The trees are as brown as the soil, the soil is as black as night. Night is a dark blue like satin but satin can be any colour you wish. Why is everything so mixed up? It is a mystery that will never give up.

Hi Julia! I haven't got around to reading any of your books but my friend, LellowLemon, will never get off my case. She wants to read the Companions Quartet. It takes me a very long time to explain that I am reading to many other books. Have you read the Wind on the Moon? That is the book I am reading at the moment. Here is a poem I have written: Flowers swaying in the breeze, Shouting loudly without ease. A girl comes along, Singing a song. She bends down, Ignores the flower's large frown, Places her hand at the end of the stem, And that is the end of his mayhem.

No. Who is it by? Julia
