Hi Julia, Your books are a fantasy of imagination and daring and I adore every single one of them. My dream ending is that Syd much as I love him will get lost and Cat will experience an anguish that many people have: A broken heart but then Frank would come along and she would fall in love with him but then he can't marry her! Then she would discover who her parents were (nobles) and Frank would propose and she's say yes! But then the night before the wedding Billy kidnaps Cat and forges a note note saying she's in love with him! But Charlie and Frank (After being so upset) discover the truth and with Pedro save the day. (Great story - but that's not how it ends! Keep on dreaming ;) Julia)

Hi Julia. I am the Katie who keeps asking anyoning questions. Everybody should read all of the Cat books. They are AMAZING! And if you like them the Secret of the Sirens book is good as well. Anyway Please read this book I shall never forgive you if you don't. It might help to read the rest of the books IN ORDER before reading this one. I love ALL of the books and are well worth the time it takes to read them, ie. not that long if you love them as much as I do. Even if you did not like reading (like Matthew) do read them, they will help you to enjoy reading.

Hi Julia, you have probably noticed already that i am a boy and i dont think many boys read the Cat Royal books!!!! Well first i started off hating books!(i know you can tut if you want to!) but when i read the Cat Royal books i suddenly started to love reading!!!!(especially your books!)Just wanted to know, but is there any more Cat Royal adventures after Black Heart of Jamiaca???? I hope Syd and Cat have a happy life together (when older get married of something!?!) i thought the kiss scene was OMG!!!! Thx for yor time!!! Bye Bye!!!! (Hi Matthew - you are in good company: plenty of boys read about Cat. The Nestle Prize (which Diamond won last year) was judged by boys and girls, so please do carry on! Julia)

Really looking forward to the next one! The mast scene was really sweet...aww, love Syd and Cat! :) And Charlie - he's funny; glad to hear he'll be making another appearance ^^ Thanks so much for the books ;) xxxx

Hey Julia, Absolutely adored the first four Cat Royal books (couldn't put them down) can't wait for number five. I'd just like to ask how exactly do you go about getting a book published? I'd love to be an author (but I keep changing my mind on the plot in my story - its taking a while to finish!!) I'd really appreciate your advise. P.S. Am I right in thinking that Frank has a bit of a thing for Cat? (Hi Hannah - it's tough. Best place to start is the 'Writers and artist year book' - should be a copy in your local library. If your still at school, you might like to try your hand at local story writing/poety competitions - it gets you experience. Good luck, Julia)
